Song Testimony At the time this song was written, we were receiving hundreds of letters from Africa asking for our ministry to come and preach. This song was written from the cry of our hearts to see people saved and set free. It is so easy to hear that altar call and to falter in your spirit. The question comes, "what are people going to think of me if I get up and go for prayer?". It's there every time, the doubt that the devil puts in your heart. He mounts it with fear and it builds up inside. Your heart is pounding deep inside your chest, your body is trembling and you feel as though you can't move. Somehow you know that it's the right thing for you to do, that you need to go up. And everything inside you is telling you that you want to do it. Truly it is a test of human will and faith. It is your will that forces you to make that move in your life, to acknowledge that Jesus is the only one who can fulfill your life. It is faith that makes the rest happen. And truly Jesus can make all things possible if you can just let Him abide in you and come forth. |
